Project Description
The work consists of providing technical assistance and making the design and calculation of facilities for the execution of the works of integral reform of a single-family house, located at 5F Casiopea Street, Nueva Andalucía, in the municipality of Marbella (Málaga).
The house is developed on three floors, developed in basement, ground floor and first floor, with a total built area of approximately 350 m2.
The calculated installations are electricity/lighting, HVAC, plumbing, sanitation, ITC and home automation.
