Project Description
The object of this project is a two-family detached house of two floors, ground floor plus one, on a plot of 651 m².
It is a two-family house developed on two floors, first floor plus one. On the first floor is located the main house, which is accessed through a lobby-hall to a large organizing space in which they place a living space – living room with integrated kitchen. From there the other rooms are organized, being the master bedroom suite with dressing room, bathroom and bedroom with separate space, toilet for general use and bedrooms for visitors and other family members which also includes a separate bathroom.
The second floor is planned as another dwelling, for independent use, and for this purpose an access from the outside is made and it is provided, in addition to bedrooms, with a living room with office-kitchen.
