CIVIL ENGINEERING – WATER ENGINEERING

  • We carry out hydrological and hydraulic studies through two-dimensional modeling. We analyze the characteristics of the fluvial courses to delimit the protection zones associated with them, offering protection measures against floods, analysis of affections to third parties or detection of potentially erosive areas.
  • We have extensive experience in the design and sizing of supply and sanitation networks, seeking the optimal solution for the hydraulic conditions and customer requirements. In the field of water treatment, our team is in continuous training for the development of water treatment, purification and reuse infrastructure projects.
  • In the field of dams and reservoirs, we carry out classification proposals, drafting of operating rules, preparation of emergency plans and all services derived in this area. We analyze the tidal effect in all coastal zone studies, proposing protection and improvement measures for elements of interest.

CIVIL ENGINEERING – TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING

  • We perform construction management tasks, including construction management, health and safety coordination and environmental control. In addition, we provide technical assistance to project promoters.
  • The main objective is to advise and carry out an exhaustive control of the construction process, optimizing the execution time of the projects and minimizing technical and economic deviations.
  • Having a multidisciplinary technical team facilitates the development of the project in all its phases. The scope of action ranges from the development of preliminary studies such as feasibility studies, studies of alternatives to the development of final technical solutions in preliminary design and construction projects.

ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING

  • We prepare studies and projects to guarantee the conservation and sustainable use of the natural environment and its resources, reducing to the maximum the impacts generated by human activities and optimizing production processes by providing innovative solutions to environmental challenges through the application of the latest technologies.
  • We improve the profitability of forestry systems, generating greater interest in conservation and use. We optimize agricultural and productive processes, guaranteeing respect for the environment and long-term sustainability.

CIVIL ENGINEERING APPLIED TO ENERGY AND INDUSTRY

  • We offer engineering services associated with different types of photovoltaic plant projects, among which we highlight previous reports on hydrological-hydraulic, environmental and physiographic studies; hydrological-hydraulic studies using an aggregate and distributed model, drainage design; topographic surveys; definition of accesses to photovoltaic plants; land leveling studies; layouts and calculations of internal roads and environmental impact studies.

AGRICULTURAL ENGINEERING

  • We develop agroforestry transformation and production projects, with the projection of irrigation, installations and equipment in which the inclusion of renewable energies is encouraged.
  • The scope of action includes studies of agroforestry farm alternatives, design and implementation projects for agroforestry plantations, design of infrastructure such as roads, water storage ponds, buildings, sizing of irrigation equipment, facilities to ensure energy efficiency with the inclusion of renewable energies and new technologies.

ARCHITECTURE AND URBAN PLANNING

  • We elaborate works of different nature within this field of action. From basic and execution projects, construction management, calculation of urban and building installations, calculation of structures, to surveys and 3D scanning, energy certifications, technical processing of all types of licenses, changes of use, subdivision and legalization files.
  • We offer consulting services for the calculation of structures and installations, both in buildings and urban networks, as well as energy certifications and energy efficiency optimization projects for public and private buildings.
  • We develop models under BIM methodology that, together with a remarkable sensitivity for the environment, result in efficient solutions in terms of energy saving and almost zero energy consumption.

STUDIES AND BIDS

  • We prepare studies and technical documentation for bids (both public and private) for the main construction companies in the country (construction works), as well as for other engineering and consulting firms (construction management and technical assistance).
  • We have adapted to the new LCSP, working on all types of specifications, preparing technical reports, work programs, quality and environmental sections, health and safety studies, project analysis, BIM solutions (4D planning), technical reports, computer graphics, calculations, innovation and R+D+i, social actions, etc.
  • We have more than 10 years of experience in the drafting of technical envelopes and public tenders for all types of organizations and administrations.

TECHNICAL LEGAL CONSULTANCY

  • We have extensive experience in BIM and GIS consulting, Technical Reports and Appraisals, Allegations to Sanctioning procedures, Contentious-Administrative Appeals and Valuations and Property Partitions.
  • The use of BIM and GIS tools allows us to offer versatile solutions, accessible and adapted to the client’s needs. As a result of our knowledge of BIM and GIS tools, we are able to make links between the results provided by both, always looking for the ideal solution that brings together visualization and information content.
