ELEMENTOS DO TIPO FENDA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-6025 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.civile.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/01-1024x736.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"736\">Em estruturas de a\u00e7o, \u00e9 comum a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de liga\u00e7\u00f5es aparafusadas com furos ranhurados (furos passantes) para permitir a expans\u00e3o livre dos elementos sob cargas t\u00e9rmicas. \u00c9 interessante analisar como este comportamento pode ser modelado numa estrutura como um todo em termos de expans\u00e3o livre<em>(e<\/em>). <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5976 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.civile.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/word-image-26.png\" width=\"372\" height=\"279\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Figura 1 &#8211; Furo rasgado de di\u00e2metro <sub>d0<\/sub> e comprimento livre e.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O processo de conce\u00e7\u00e3o natural deve ser o seguinte:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Calcula o deslocamento m\u00e1ximo de dilata\u00e7\u00e3o da estrutura que afectaria a junta em quest\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>Com base no c\u00e1lculo acima, determina o comprimento <em>e<\/em> suficiente para permitir a livre expans\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se for esse o caso, j\u00e1 se sabe que o elemento em quest\u00e3o pode expandir-se livremente e a modela\u00e7\u00e3o deste comportamento envolve apenas a liberta\u00e7\u00e3o da restri\u00e7\u00e3o ao deslocamento longitudinal (aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de uma <em>liberta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em>). Conceptualmente, a modela\u00e7\u00e3o de uma viga biaxialmente apoiada sujeita a uma temperatura uniforme seria a seguinte: <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5977 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.civile.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/word-image-27.png\" width=\"724\" height=\"76\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Figura 2 &#8211; Modela\u00e7\u00e3o concetual de uma viga de duas pernas com expans\u00e3o livre permitida numa das extremidades.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No entanto, \u00e9 comum que as carater\u00edsticas das juntas aparafusadas sejam impostas por normas, o que pode fazer com que a dimens\u00e3o <em>e<\/em> seja insuficiente. Ou seja, pode acontecer que a barra tente expandir-se mais do que a rotura da junta lhe permite. Neste caso, o comportamento do apoio de expans\u00e3o livre tem dois modos:  <\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Expans\u00e3o livre desde que o deslocamento longitudinal <sub>(u1<\/sub>) seja inferior a <em>e.<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Restri\u00e7\u00e3o de deslocamento longitudinal (e consequente ocorr\u00eancia de tens\u00f5es de compress\u00e3o) quando <sub>u1=e<\/sub><em>.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O esquema concetual seria o seguinte:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-5978 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.civile.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/word-image-28.png\" width=\"653\" height=\"171\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Figura 3 &#8211; Modela\u00e7\u00e3o concetual de uma viga de duas pernas com deslocamento longitudinal parcialmente permitido num dos apoios.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vejamos um exemplo:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Uma barra bipolar \u00e9 sujeita a um aumento de temperatura de 72 <sup>0C<\/sup>acima da temperatura de instala\u00e7\u00e3o<sup>(300<\/sup> devido \u00e0 temperatura ambiente e<sup>420<\/sup> devido \u00e0 radia\u00e7\u00e3o solar). A barra tem um perfil IPE220, \u00e9 feita de a\u00e7o S275 e o seu comprimento total \u00e9 de 20m. Para o caso que estamos a tratar aqui, o par\u00e2metro <em>e<\/em> corresponde ao comprimento de deforma\u00e7\u00e3o livre que existe na junta, enquanto a rigidez pode ser tomada como infinita (algumas ordens de grandeza acima da rigidez da estrutura). Por outras palavras, com esta configura\u00e7\u00e3o, permitir\u00edamos que os n\u00f3s <em>i<\/em> e<em> j<\/em> se aproximassem um do outro at\u00e9 que o espa\u00e7o fosse fechado. A partir desse ponto, n\u00e3o permite mais encurtamentos.   <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No software SAP2000, o elemento <em>gap<\/em> est\u00e1 inclu\u00eddo nos elementos de tipo de <em>liga\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em>. Como se pode observar, o deslocamento longitudinal no apoio real foi libertado, tendo sido criado outro apoio fict\u00edcio no exterior da estrutura. Entre estes dois apoios, \u00e9 colocado o elemento <em>de folga (liga\u00e7\u00e3o de 2 articula\u00e7\u00f5es)<\/em>, que apenas permitir\u00e1 um deslocamento de 1 cm na dire\u00e7\u00e3o X no apoio real.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uma vez criada a configura\u00e7\u00e3o geom\u00e9trica, os valores de temperatura<sup>720<\/sup> s\u00e3o aplicados ao barramento e o caso de carga afetado \u00e9 configurado como N\u00c3O-LINEAR. Atrav\u00e9s da defini\u00e7\u00e3o da liga\u00e7\u00e3o, podemos implementar o comportamento de uma abertura independente em cada grau de liberdade, ou fixar todos os movimentos no l.d.g. que nos interessa, etc. Assim, pode ser muito \u00fatil sempre que exista um <em>intervalo<\/em> que consideremos importante tratar na nossa estrutura.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por exemplo, na figura seguinte, foi utilizado para modelar o espa\u00e7o entre duas partes de uma plataforma assente no mesmo pilar. Neste caso particular, se n\u00e3o for inclu\u00edda a liga\u00e7\u00e3o <em>do tipo gap<\/em>, cada plataforma desloca-se longitudinalmente sem ter em conta a \u201ccolis\u00e3o\u201d com a adjacente.
